VISA INFORMATION
Nationals of 33 more countries are eligible to receive entry permits on arrival in the United Arab Emirates with effect from 19th March 2001. This means the nationalities listed below will not require a visa prior to arrival and can obtain an entry permit upon arrival at the Dubai International Airport.
This provision, which already applies to citizens of the United Kingdom, is extended to nationals of Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Monaco, Vatican City, Andorra, San Marino and Liechtenstein in Europe. It also applies to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
Citizens of the Arab Gulf Co-operation Council member states (Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia) also do not need a visa.
